Angie has practised exclusively in family law since 2002. Angie believes that every family law case is unique. Angie is focused on protecting her client’s interests and committed to ensuring her clients achieve an outcome so that they can move on with their lives. Angie practices in all areas of family law including divorce and de facto separation, contentious property and parenting matters, multi-jurisdiction matters, relocation, spousal maintenance, child support, international maintenance orders (variation and registration), child abduction proceedings and Pre-Nuptial Agreements.

 

Having previously lived and worked in Hong Kong, where she practiced family law, Angie has the experience and skill to advise and represent clients with respect to cross-border matters and issues relevant to Australian expatriates in the Asia-Pacific. Angie is regularly retained in complex cross-border family matters.

Angie has been selected by her peers as a Best Lawyer 2018, 2019 and 2020 and as the 2020 Lawyer of the year for her work in family law Sydney. Angie is admitted to practice in Australia and Hong Kong. Angie is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Hong Kong Family Law Association and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
